Step 1. Create a new document
Create new layer, use Elip Marquee Tool to make a selection then fill color like this picture below:

Go to Blending Options:


Keep the selection, use Gradient like this:

Drag a straight line from top to bottom of selection:

Continue to keep the selection, hit downarrow key then hit Delete. You'll get this:

Step 3: Create a new layer. Press Ctrl + click on layer 1 to get the selection, fill it with #000000
Go to Filter -> Noise -> Add Noise

Change Blend mode to Color Dodge so you will have this result:

Step 4: Create a new layer, use Elip Marquee Tool to make a selection and fill with #000000 (Choose the same center with the circle on layer 1)
Go to Blending optons




You'll have:

Step 5: Create a new layer, create a selection like step 4 (this selection also has the same center with 2 previous layer)
Fill it #FFFFFF and go to blending options:



So you'll get this:

Step 6. Continue to create a new selection with Elip Marquee Tool. Then fill #000000

Go to blending options:

Your result:

Step 7. Press Ctrl + Click on this layer to get the selection. Use Gradient like step 4, make a straight line from the bottom to the top:

Step 8. Create a new layer (set Gradient Overlay like step 1 with Angel= -90)
Keep the selection and use Gradient to make straight line from the top to the bottom:

Create a new layer, use Elip Marquee Tool to make selection. Then fill color black and go to blending option:



This is what you'll get:

Press Ctrl + Click on this layer to get selection. Use Gradient to drag from left to right. You’ll have this

Ok now you've got a loudspeaker. You can add some more details to decorate your work:

Now we’re going to make the case of speaker
Create a new layer then use Polygonal Lasso tool to make selection and fill it with color #000000

Go to its blending options:

Create a new layer and Lasso tool to make selection then fill color:

Set its blending options:


Your result:

Merge 2 these layers together and duplicate it:
Go to its blending option and set this:

At the layer palette, move this layer to the bottom.

Duplicate this new layer and go to its blending options. Set options:

Put it under the main layer.
Make a selection and apply a gradient like this:
Set opacity 20%

Ok now we move the loudspeaker layer onto the case. You can add some more details to decorate your work.
